iCare About Homelessness
We partner with homeless shelters throughout the DC Metropolitan area, using their facilities to host seminars, parenting workshops, beauty services, major holiday celebrations, mentoring and educational initiatives for their residents. Delicious, nutritious meals are served too.

iCare About Beauty
iCare has upwards of 10 licensed professional hairdressers and barbers who regularly volunteer their services and expertise to serve men, women and children experiencing homelessness in the DC Metropolitan area who couldn’t otherwise afford to pay for salon services. iCare About Our Troops
With this program, we seek to provide services including, but not limited to:

Rehab evaluation to determine abilities, skills and interest for employment

iCare About Parenting
To have a healthy community, you first have to have healthy families and healthy children. iCare About Parenting is a program that seeks both to celebrate parents with children in shelters and transitional housing and equip them with tools and information to raise healthy, happy and productive kids. iCare About Mentoring is comprised of the following specialized sub-programs to service youth of various ages:.

iCare About Education
iCare About Education is a program that will provide educational services, including one-to-one tutoring in literacy-building, math, science, arts, computers as well as homework assistance. Its purpose is to use the talents of volunteers and build the literacy skills of student participants. A delicious, nutritious meal is served also.
